Hellbound Hearts provides only a LISTING SERVICE for users to advertise and discover community events. We do not:

• Verify the accuracy of event information
• Conduct background checks on event organizers
• Inspect venues or event locations
• Control event content, activities, or attendees
• Handle ticket sales or payments (unless explicitly processed through our platform)
• Guarantee event safety, quality, or occurrence

c) Organizer Responsibility

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Venue safety and accessibility
• Accurate event information and descriptions
• Event cancellations, refunds, and attendee communications
• Any injuries, damages, or disputes arising from the event

d) Attendee Acknowledgment

By attending any user-created event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You attend at your own risk
• Hellbound Hearts has no liability for event-related issues
• You release Hellbound Hearts from all claims related to the event
• You should research organizers and venues independently
• You should take appropriate safety precautions

e) Event Guidelines

User-created events must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Promote dangerous or illegal activities
• Involve minors without proper parental supervision and consent
• Misrepresent event details, pricing, or organizer identity
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

f) Right to Remove

Hellbound Hearts reserves the right to remove any event listing that violates these terms, appears fraudulent, or may pose safety concerns, without notice or liability.

g) No Endorsement

Listing an event on our platform does not constitute endorsement, approval, or affiliation with the event or organizer.

h) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELLBOUND HEARTS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER-CREATED EVENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, FINANCIAL LOSS, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY OTHER HARM RESULTING FROM ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY USER-CREATED EVENT.
