Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between friends and followers?
Currently, Hellbound Hearts uses a mutual "friends" system. Both users must accept the connection. We don't have an asymmetric follower system (yet).
How many friend requests can I send per day?
To prevent spam, you can send up to 50 friend requests per day. This limit resets at midnight UTC.
Will someone know if I decline their friend request?
No, they won't receive a notification. Their request will simply remain pending from their perspective, but they can't resend it.
Can I see who blocked me?
No, blocked users are never notified and there's no way to see who has blocked you. Their profile will simply appear as "not found" if you try to visit it.
